You should look for a flight that arrives in Cairo sometime in the afternoon if possible. Many flights from Europe come in late at night, meaning that people will get very little sleep since we usually start early the next day .
Some may prefer to come in a day earlier and get a good night's sleep. My Rep in Cairo can make all necessary arrangements if you choose to come early.
I'm not sure how this applies to those coming in to Cairo from the Far East, but since they'll be making up time, maybe they would also depart/arrive on the same day which may avoid having to pay an extra night lodgings.

Day One, Monday, December 17, 2012 - Light and Sound Show

Upon arrival at Cairo International airport, we are greeted by a host representative who will guide us through immigration, collect our bags, and assist us with custom, obtain visas for us ($20-$25), and out to air-conditioned limousine car(s), van(s) or bus(s) that will take us to our residence(s) or hotel. Depending on traffic, it's roughly a 45 minute drive to our lodgings at Giza, only a stone's throw from the Great Pyramid. Welcome greeting and met the rest of the group, rest and freshen up from the trip. Then time to rest and freshen up to leave by 6pm for Pre – preparation, consultation, meditation sessions with the Holy Man of Giza. This evening will be your Welcome to Egypt with the fabulous International Light and Sound Show at the Great Pyramids! For those arriving on a late night flight, you will see the Light and Sound Show on a different evening.

Day Three, Wednesday, December 19, 2012
This will be a busy day in Cairo. We will enjoy a guided tour of the famous Egyptian Cairo Museum. Here you will see ancient Egyptian artifacts like the Narmer Palette, Ra-hotep and Nefert’s legendary statues, Khafra’s immaculate diorite statue, statues of Queen Hatshepsut, treasures of King Tut and Ahkenhten to name but a few things. Visit old Cairo to see the Hanging Church and a Mohamed Ali Mosque Citadel. Lunch is at a typical Egyptian restaurant then off to the 100% Egyptian Cotton Gallery and other places for local shopping fun.
Later afternoon and evening we will have time for meditation and sacred circle sessions for messages from our guides and any shared experiences and discussions. Day Four, Thursday, December 20, 2012 - Saqqara, Memphis and more

Travel today to the Old Kingdom Necroplis
of Saqqara with its Step Pyramid, the oldest and 1st pyramid built in Egypt. This special place holds the energy of the
fifth energy center. Our next stop will
be the fabulous Tombs of the Nobles with their vivid symbolic reliefs depicting
everyday life in ancient Egypt. We will
visit The Red Pyramid and The Bent Pyramid the most spectacular pyramid after the Great Pyramid and in Memphis , you will caste your
eyes on another sphinx. On our way back, we will stop at a carpet school to see the prize winning traditional Oriental carpets made in the traditional
art of hand weaving silk and wool for these gorgeous carpets. Next, lunch of pita, salads or shish-kabob
at a typical Egyptian restaurant awaits us.

Ride a camel or horse to visit the Pyramids of Giza and mysterious Sphinx. Our spiritual archeological guides will share with us many mysteries involved in building these amazing structures. We will go, past the Old Kingdom tombs of nobles and notables, toward the pyramids. such as. 'Tomb' of Khentkaus, a Queen of Menkaure, the builder of the Third Pyramid. Also, because few tourists visit these places, we're on our own and get a good sense of what Egypt was like in those distant times. We will see the Ancient Isis Temple and you will have a bit of private time for your own short meditation. We will visit the Solar Boat of Khufu (Cheops). The vehicle used by the ancients for their funerary boat. It is amazing intact and a beautiful example of the sophisticated woodworking skills in place 2500 BC and also of the power and wisdom of anchoring the spiritual quest in the material/physical world. All around the pyramids, you will notice more evidence of the 'Lost Civilization'. The huge, 200 ton paving blocks are overwhelming when you see them up close and you realize that we could barely move even today. This will be the time for us to have our visit inside the Great Pyramid for private meditation period.

Private Discourse Channeling session and Sacred Activation with Madalyn’s Guides, Isis and Ra and others with the high vibrational Beloved Essences. The Godfather-Holy man of Giza will help you to clear and unblock your chakras and intensify your experience. There will be a group meditation and participation. We will be together in the healing room for meditation and spiritual experiences through combined consciousness during different meditation involving private and group healing sessions. The Great Sphinx of Giza talked to me
We gather our souvenirs, bags and hearts and prepare to leave Egypt. Farewell group circle meditation and off we go back to our homes, never to view our old lives in the same way as we did. We leave surrounded with all the love from our old friend, new friends and all the Divine Beings that accompanied us on our amazing inner spiritual journey knowing that they will be in our hearts and we in their forever.
