Rates are based on a group of 12 paying guests. All rates are in US dollars. If you sign up late, you may be required to pay the single price. Every attempt will be made to provide a roommate for you. Our Tour Company has blocked 8 double rooms/cabins throughout the trip for guests.

Not included: Travel insurance, international flight to /from Cairo, passport and visa fees, tips, medical, hospital fee, evacuation costs, excess baggage charges, laundry, telephone calls or other personal items, mineral water, alcoholic beverages, academic credit, taxis to non-scheduled events, and meals; food or refreshments not specified in the itinerary, extended days, change airline ticket fees, Ancient Sacred Crystal Temple Healing and Clearing Ceremonial Ritual.

Cancellation or Refunds: Part of your registration fee may be refundable if you must cancel. Considerable administrative work is initiated when you register, including inner Egypt air and travel bookings, lodging space, communication, planning and coordination with our tour company. The amount of your refund will be based on the date we receive notice of your cancellation.

$500 Deposit (non refundable for any reason). Late Registration $850 Deposit (non refundable for any reason). Cancellations MUST be in writing and Acknowledgment of Cancellation must be provided. Refunds based on days prior to departure. Later cancellations require additional administrative fees based on the time schedule less any credit card fees incurred.

If canceled more than 120 days prior to the departure date, 90% of total trip cost per person will be refunded
If canceled within 120 to 91 days prior to departure date, 80% of total trip cost per person will be refunded
If canceled within 90 to 66 days prior to departure date, 70% of total trip cost per person will be refunded.
As of/ or after 60 days prior to departure, refunds Less $800 or $1000 depending upon when you signed up, can be made if the trip is full and your place can be resold.
If canceled within 65 to 46 days prior to departure date, 50% of total trip cost per person will be refunded
If canceled within 45 days or less prior to departure date, no refund

Non-refundable deposits are excluded. At or after trip departure, no refund can be granted. Partial refunds for any unused trip arrangements after the trip has begun will not be granted. The integrity and intention of this spiritual awakening journey is of the utmost importance to us in providing you the absolute best experience with us in Egypt. Any misconduct will not be tolerated including ignoring to follow certain protection guidelines for your safety and the safety of others, blatant disrespect to any group member, refusal to participate (as best you can) in the scheduled activities and expect something different be provided. There will be no refund and you may be asked to leave. It will be your responsibility and at your own expense to get yourself back home.

Ancient Twin Hearts LLC reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure, in which case a full refund will constitute full settlement to the passenger of moneys paid for land arrangements. Ancient Twin Hearts LLC is not responsible for any costs incurred by trip members (i.e. medical exams, passport and visa fees, change ticket fees ). All cancellations must be in writing to Ancient Twin Hearts LLC. Ancient Twin Hearts LLC and an email sent to [email protected] that cancellation notice has been mailed. Cancellation is not confirmed by Ancient Twin Hearts LLC until you have received our Acknowledgment of Cancellation via return email to your primary email address with acceptance of sent /received email from your server.

Itinerary: Every effort is made to keep to the trip itinerary, but due to the nature of travel in Egypt, this is not always possible. We have learned it’s easiest to be very flexible and just go with the “flow”.

Room Requests: We attempt to match single persons requesting a roommate.

Passports and Visas: A valid passport is your responsibility. Visas can be obtained by our private airport concierge upon arrival in Egypt at the Cairo Airport for $30.

Smoking: The majority of our group are non-smoking. We require no smoking in cars/buses and recommend that if you smoke, you do so at meals only if others sharing the table are agreeable. If you smoke and share a room with a non-smoke, we request that you agree not to smoke in the room.

Responsibility: Release of Liability: Ancient Twin Hearts LLC, any sponsoring organization, the booking agency, their staffs or their agents act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel, motor coach, motor car, boat or railroad, and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, or in carrying out the arrangements for the tour. They can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. The right is reserved to substitute hotels/lodgings of similar category for those indicated and to make any changes in schedules. Right is reserved to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour. The passenger ticket can be purchased from any airlines at your choice, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of those tickets and /or the passenger.

I have read the above terms and conditions and agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions herein. Ancient Twin Hearts LLC/Ancient Hearts Travel cannot accept anyone on a trip unless this Release of Liability agreed to and on file with us.
